The Client

Back2Wellbeing is an award-winning massage and pain therapy company with international partnerships with leading European clinics. From their two clinics located in Bournemouth, Dorset, Back2Wellbeing specialise in a wide range of pain therapy services such as Acupressure, Reflexology, Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD), and Sports Massage. The company has a real emphasis on customising treatment plans for their patients that make them both affordable and accessible way. With over 350 5-star reviews on Google, Back2Wellbeing attract patients from Wiltshire, Hampshire, Somerset, and their home county of Dorset due to their reputation and specialist service range.

Headquartered in Bournemouth town centre, Back2Wellbeing was established in 2018 by its Managing Director, Aaron Turner, and prides itself on providing scientifically based massage and pain therapy to support the general well-being of both men’s and women’s health.

The Challenge

The goal was to significantly improve Back2Wellbeing’s digital presence and incoming enquiries within a competitive local market. The company was on a limited budget, so paid search e.g. Google Ads was not an option, meaning organic lead generation was at the heart of the project. The modernisation of all digital assets as well as improved user experience were the key focus areas for helping drive the company’s growth throughout 2025 and 2026.

The Results

By implementing a multi-step Marketing strategy, we were able to successfully modernise Back2Wellbeing’s marketing efforts and achieve a 47% increase in website enquiries within just 3 months. This is still growing but it is also about quality, rather than just quantity. We analysed the website user journey and put steps in place to radically improve how it functioned. This resulted in us tripling website relevant enquiries because of our Marketing efforts. We and the Managing Director are delighted about how this simple project has driven three times as much business to the company.
